• Anadolu Efes successfully completed the first phase of the Data Center Optimization Project

  Anadolu Efes Business Solutions Technology (BST) Directorate successfully completed the first phase of the Data Center Optimization Project managed within the context of its Information Technology Transformation program. With this project, Anadolu Efes achieved performance increase and cost saving alongside reduction in CO² footprint as a result of its improvement projects; preventing the atmospheric emission of carbon dioxide equivalent to the amount sequestered by approximately 120 trees throughout their lifespan.

  The report provides an analysis of the outcome of 2008-2015 period of Positive Impact Plan and sets new targets in order to address and tackle future challenges such as climate change.

  Guided by the principle of “Sustaining a Better Life” Anadolu Efes is entitled to be listed in the “Sustainability Index” of Borsa Istanbul, which is formed with the assessment of BIST 50 Index companies. 29 companies are listed in the index.

  Anadolu Efes has published its 2013 Sustainability Report covering the company’s commitment to its sustainability, performance, and future goals. With its sustainability projects carried out under the motto “To Sustain a Better Life!” Anadolu Efes is working to mitigate the effects of climate change, which creates significant environmental and social consequences as well as economic risks for the brewing sector.

• Anadolu Efes became the first Turkish company to sign CEO Water Mandate

  Anadolu Efes targets reducing water consumption per production by 35% in 2015 compared to 2008 and reinforces its sector-leading, sustainable water policies and practices through a global level commitment by joining the supporters of UNGC initiative, the CEO Water Mandate.

• Anadolu Efes listed in Fortune Turkey’s “Most Admired Companies” ranking

  The first edition of the Turkish version of the survey, which has been conducted by Fortune in the United States for many years, was concluded with the votes of 790 senior executives. The jury evaluated the most admired companies based on the criteria of innovativeness, global reach, financial strength, and reputation.
